Yes. Safety is our concern and we adhere to strict manufacturing standards.
Our products are also registered with the Indonesia National Agency of Drug and Food Control - Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).

Can I change or amend the product after a sale has been made?
We are sorry, but all sales made are final.
The product I received seem to be faulty, is a refund/exchange possible?
Yes. If the product that you received are faulty/damaged, please let us know through email@example.com
and we will get back to you as soon as possible. An exchange for unused product is possible if you have received
damaged goods or had received the wrong ordered product and a request was made within 10 working days.
Please note that in returning/exchanging your goods, we would need your proof of purchase receipt to be
sent back along with the unused goods.
